
杜帅,博士,副研究员,主要研究兴趣为环境中抗生素抗性基因的传播与健康风险,全球变化下土壤微生物组和耐药组的响应,土壤病毒多样性与宿主调控机制,人工合成菌群技术应用于退化土壤的绿色恢复。目前以第一和通讯作者在环境科学、土壤科学、生态学等领域的国际主流期刊如Nature Ecology & Evolution、Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences、Environmental Science & Technology等发表了研究论文20余篇,并获得国家自然基金委青年基金项目(C)、国家重点研发计划子课题、福建省自然科学基金面上项目、宁波市甬江人才工程青年人才、中国博士后科学基金会面上项目等支持。
