
杨军,博士、研究员,博士生导师。
2001年毕业于河北大学生物学专业并获学士学位;2006年获中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业博士学位;2006-2008年加拿大Dalhousie大学地球科学系Killam博士后;2008年11月至今,中国科学院城市环境研究所研究员,创建水生态健康研究组。团队秉持“团结、勤奋、求是、创新”的核心价值观,高度注重科研人才培养;截至2026年2月,累计培养博士后4名、博士18名(含国际生4名)、硕士12名。
2009年建立河流水库生态系统长期定位观测研究站,构建了完善的样品库、数据库和档案库。累计采集样品超过30,000份,形成了流程化、规范化、标准化的环境DNA(eDNA)样品采集与分析体系。率先发起“厦门水库时间序列计划(Xiamen Reservoir Time-series, XRT)”,并主导实施“厦门后溪长期生态研究计划(2011–2030年)”与“杏林湾水库十年计划(2016–2025年)”。
坚持以生态健康为视角,聚焦水生态安全和微食物网,研究饮用水水源地、景观水体等流域水环境与水生态问题,为水环境保护、生态修复和管理提供科学支撑。近年来,重点围绕供水水库尖头藻水华防控难题,研发早期监测、精准诊断、动态预警、应急处置、生态调控、资源开发等关键技术与装备。
承担科技部、基金委、中科院、福建省、厦门市等科研项目40余项;在ISME J、Microbiome、Water Res、Environ Sci Technol、Environ Int、Ecol Indic、Mol Ecol、Global Ecol Biogeogr、Limnol Oceanogr、Harmful Algae等环境与生态领域发表SCI论文150多篇,学术成果被SCI期刊引用超过7000次,获国内外同行的普遍认可,连续入选“全球高被引科学家”名单。授权发明专利3项、登记软件著作权3项。
