Cities & Nature
Cities & Nature is an international, interdisciplinary journal sponsored by the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IUE-CAS). The journal was established to foster new understanding of the increasingly complex relationships between cities and nature in a rapidly urbanizing world. Bringing together perspectives from environmental science, ecology, urban science, planning, health, social sciences and emerging technologies, Cities & Nature provides an open platform for fundamental research, methodological innovation and transformative practice. It seeks to connect knowledge across disciplines, regions and scales, and to strengthen the links between scientific discovery, planning, governance and practice in shaping sustainable and resilient urban futures.
