7月3日至7月5日，应中科院城市污染物转化重点实验室和郑煜铭研究组邀请，美国明尼苏达大学David You-Hong/PUI（裴有康）教授访问城市环境研究所。 

　　在访问期间，裴教授作了题为“Filtration Solutions to Mitigate PM2.5 Pollutants in Urban Air”的学术报告，重点介绍了其近年来在气溶胶科学与技术方面的研究工作，并呈现了其研制的几种大型可缓解城市PM2.5污染的过滤清洁系统，包括汽油颗粒过滤器（GPF）、高速公路空气过滤系统（FACS）和大型太阳能辅助城市空气清洁系统（SALSCS）等，同与会科研人员围绕缓解城市PM2.5措施等相关问题进行了深入的讨论。 

　　裴教授还同陈进生研究员、肖航研究员和贾宏鹏研究员等课题组进行深入的交流；裴教授还参观了福建省贝思达环保投资有限公司与城市环境研究所共建的环境技术产业化研发中心，与中心研发人员就相关问题进行深入的交流和探讨。 

　　David You-Hong/PUI教授简介： 

　　Professor David Y. H. Pui is Director of the world-renowned Particle Technology Laboratory at the University of Minnesota, distinguished McKnight University Professor, LM Fingerson/TSI Inc Chair in Mechanical Engineering. He has a broad range of research experience in aerosol science and technology and has over 250 journal papers and 23 patents. He has developed several widely used commercial aerosol instruments. Dr. Pui has received many awards, including the Max Planck Research Award (1993), the Humboldt Research Award for Senior U.S. Scientists (2000), the Fuchs Memorial Award (2010) -- the highest disciplinary award, and the Einstein Professorship Award (2013) by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He was a past President of the American Association for Aerosol Research (AAAR) and of the International Aerosol Research Assembly (IARA) consisting of 17 international aerosol associations.
